The process of becoming a Next Gen Advisor begins with an introductory conversation with an AIA official. Once the formalities have been completed and you have decided to continue, you will be enrolled in trainings to help you gain a deeper understanding of the business.
It is a significant obligation to educate individuals on their protection and long-term savings requirements. AIA Philippines is devoted to providing you with the appropriate tools and assistance for success. Online Learning Management System (LMS) training and development modules licensed internationally will teach you everything you need to know about AIA Philippines and its portfolio of products, as well as knowledge and skill training and mastery. In addition, you will be guided every step of the way through peer education and mentoring.
You are now prepared to take the Insurance Commission-administered insurance license exam, since you have mastered the fundamentals (IC). You are well on your way to becoming an AIA Financial Advisor under the NGA Program if you pass the exam.
And despite the absence of a supervisor, becoming a Next Gen Advisor demands the same level of dedication as a full-time position. You can receive a PHP10,000 monthly activity incentive for a period of six months if you are able to meet the monthly goals. This is in addition to any sales commissions and bonuses you may receive. "If an NGA meets the six-month goal during the first three months, he or she is eligible for a PHP30,000 Fast Track Bonus," revealed Orwen Siao, Head of Recruitment for AIA Philippines.

If your long-term goal is to manage a team and launch your own agency, you can apply for the Next Gen Leader Development (NGL) Program, a year-long training and development program that will assist you in developing and nurturing high-potential talents.
