Beep Lets you Earn More Points and Bigger Rewards

AF Payments Inc. enhances its beep Rewards program to continue rewarding Filipinos for their daily trips. For a limited time only, beep app users can earn larger reward points redeemable for load, QR tickets, and other special promotions.

In addition to its nationwide expansion, the beep Rewards program provides a new points structure. Every PHP 1 spent using a beep card wherever it is accepted receives 1 point, with 200 points equating to PHP 10. This covers buses, PUVs, convenience stores, select retail and food establishments, and as of today, transactions at LRT1, LRT2, and MRT3 train stations. Just 200 points are required to earn incentives.

Redeeming points
Only cards registered in the beep mobile app, which is available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store, are eligible to receive reward points. Up to five (5) beep cards may be registered per account, however, points cannot be transferred between cards. Moreover, there is no maximum number of points that can be gained for every card.

To redeem beep load, navigate to the Rewards tab by pressing the medal symbol in the bottom panel of the beepTM app. Choose a card for point redemption. Minimum redemption is 200 points, which is equal to a PHP 10 load. Beep e-load stations or physically tapping the card on the back of an NFC-enabled phone can successfully claim pending load.

On the Rewards portion of the app, users can convert reward points to a beepTM QR ticket by selecting their chosen operator, route, and origin station. QR tickets worth less than PHP 10 can be redeemed for 200 points, those worth PHP 11–20 for 400 points, and so on. QR tickets expire twenty-four hours after redemption.

Note that both rewards can only be redeemed in increments of 200 points. In the future, there will be additional thrilling rewards and special promotions.
