Jean Henri Lhuillier, the President and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier, shared his excitement about the relaunch. He talked about how tough the past few years have been, but despite the challenges, the Filipino spirit remained strong. "The last few years have been difficult for everyone, but the Filipino spirit—what we honor in this campaign—stayed unbreakable. Filipinos always find a way to smile, stay hopeful, and spread joy, even in hard times," Lhuillier said. He added that the "Happiest Pinoy" campaign is a way to highlight those who inspire others with their stories of hope and resilience.
The "Happiest Pinoy" campaign aims to recognize Filipinos who, no matter the obstacles, continue to spread positivity. It's open to Filipino citizens aged 13 and above, except for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

This year’s grand winner will receive a cash prize of ₱500,000, while winners in each category will receive ₱35,000. Special awardees will also take home ₱25,000.
